New Product Introduction Manager

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening for the New Product Introduction Manager

position in Kiev.

Main responsibilities:

• Leading cross-functional teams to identify risks and to plan the requirements for resources, equipment, processes, capacity, measurements, and project-specific costs associated with new product manufacturing;
• Providing timely and correct updating of information at all stages of new product development, innovations and renovations of existing products;
• Communicating with other markets in terms of new products development and adherence to best Nestle practices as well as using these best practices to drive productivity and quality improvements throughout the new product introduction process;
• Providing and controlling of timing on new products development projects;
• Supporting and assisting in the development and implementation of products manufactured at Nestle Ukraine factories and providing further analysis of products evolution on the other markets;
• Providing constant communication with all stakeholders to develop and introduce new products on the market and coordinating issues that arise after the project launch.

Main requirements:

• University degree (marketing / international economics);
• 2+years of successful experience in leading NPDI projects;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills;
• Attention to detail, ability to deal with complex tasks;
• Ability to develop and design processes, procedures, and control techniques from customer specifications and industry standards;
• Drive for result and ability to motive others;
• Fluent English (both oral and written);
• High level of PC skills.
