IT Project Manager

As a Project Manager in Attract Group, you will manage a team of developers/designers/QA specialists. We develop and support products for our EU- and US-based clients.

The ideal candidate brings a technical experience and you will use this to take active part in the development process. In addition, we expect most of below apply to you:

Requirements:

• Great English communication skills, written as well as spoken;
• Understanding the processes of team management;
• Team management experience (5+ people);
• Empathic and thrive by working with people;
• Understanding of the all stages of the software lifecycle;
• Experience with Agile methodologies;
• Analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a multi-tasking;
• A results-oriented approach towards team efficiency management.

A plus would be:

• Technical education or software development experience;
