Recruiting Agency PERSONNEL is searching for talented people willing to join the team of professionals and to develop career in HR. Currently we are looking for Senior Recruiting Consultant.

Main responsibilities:

• maintaining constant communication with the Clients on different aspects of recruitment process;
• organizing overall recruitment process;
• conducting candidates search via Internet, using agency database, and direct applicant contacting;
• interviewing candidates, conducting preliminary selection;
• gathering reference and assessment from previous employers;
• preparing candidates CVs for preview by the Clients;
• organizing interviews for potential employers;
• receiving and communicating feedback to/from Clients and candidates;
• providing advisory/counseling support to the candidates at all stages of the selection process;
• preparing and negotiating job offers for the candidates;
• discussing compensation and benefits packages;
• conducting salary surveys for the Clients upon request;
• providing constant monitoring of Ukrainian labor market.

Main requirements:

• University Degree;
• 3+ years of work experience in client-oriented B2B companies;
• experience in recruitment would be a plus;
• good working knowledge of English is a must;
• good PC skills;
• a mature personality, team player and problem-solver;
• strong communication and negotiation skills;
• ability to meet deadlines and work in fast-paced environment;
• result- and client-oriented, able to learn and act quickly.
