We are looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Manager to join our team in Kiev!

Your profile:

• Experience in sales or customer support for at least 1 year;

• Strong communication skills;

• Willingness to structure, execute and develop complex partnerships;

• Advanced English (written and oral) is a must;

• Desire to work in a multinational environment.

What you will be doing:

• To look for new b2b partners and build a sales pipeline;

• Develop trust and longterm relationships with clients;

• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements;

• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives;

• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner;

• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams;

• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
