Being one of the best business hotels in Kyiv,ALFAVITO Hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent eager to gain valuable experience in hospitality.

Main responsibilities:

• Greet,check in and seettle qust account while ensuring all service standards are followed;
• Respond to telephone calls and in-person inquiries regarding reservations and guest concerns;
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way;
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times;

Reguirements:

• Must be energetic and enthusiastic person;
• Good multifunctional skills;
• High level of responsibility;
• Ability to work under pressure at times;
• Experience in Front Office/Guest Relations preferable;
• Fluent Ukrainian,Russian & English (additional language will be an advantage);
• Open to shift schedule.
