Qualifications:

• Analytical skills to identify and solve technical problems

• Knowledge of Linux

• Good grasp of TCP/IP Networking Concepts

• Interest in learning and taking on increasingly complex tasks

• Previous experience with Scripting languages (Perl/Bash/Tcl/PHP)

• Knowledge of MySQL, Apache, Drupal and VoIP

(Junior does not have to meet all qualifications).

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting, debugging, and configuration of our hosted VoIP platform

• Providing responses to customer inquiries via email
