Sales Manager

Radisson Hotel Group is looking for Sales Manager for one of our hotels in Kyiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Achieves budgeted goals by executing sales activities within assigned market segment
• Assists in the development of annual sales goals
• Meets budgeted sales and profit margins for group business, by soliciting,  selling, and confirming business as required
• Develops data and recommends programs to meet clients' needs
• Prepares proposals with the Director of Sales that are geared to maximize profit while satisfying guest needs
• Uses outside sales calls to solicit existing and new guests
• Increases sales volume and profitability by assisting in developing and executing projects for assigned market areas as stated in the hotel marketing plan
• Develops plans, special sales activities, and promotions

The candidates should possess: 

• At least 1 year relevant work experience in the field within multinational company (previous experience in hospitality an advantage but not a must);
• Excellent communication, presentation, writing and negotiation skills and good customer focus; perfect organizational and interpersonal skills; time management
• Fluency in Ukrainian, English & Russian - a must
• Ability to work in a big team and learn quickly
• Being career oriented
• Advanced University/Institute degree;
• Strong knowledge Sales Techniques, international business processes;
• Computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint)
