We are looking for BUSINESS PROCESS ENGINEER to join our team to maintain the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring uninterrupted freight audit process.

YOU will be involved in:

• Gather requirements from the Clients and perform their further analysis;
• Conduct process solution assessment and validation;
• Develop requirements documentation, which include functional overview, data requirements, interface requirements, data mapping, processing requirements, business rules;
• Software set up and business processes implementation from kick off meeting to go-live;
• Perform the implementation within ControlPay freight audit platform according to the requirements received from the Client and Project team specialists;
• Analyze the Clients' data and implement its flow into the system what is required for further audit process;
• Perform the testing of the product and processes from the final user (external and internal) perspective;
• Support internal users in system related questions during UAT stages;
• Provide initial support to internal departments to answer specific questions regarding the specifications and documentation;
• Assist external Customers with the configuration of the application based on their workflow and business needs;
• Demonstrate the customized system/tools/services to the external Customer to ensure he has an appropriate knowledge to use ControlPay system after implementation of requirements has been performed;
• Work in close collaboration with Operations Department;
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and communicate key insights and findings to the Product team;
• Analyze the business and operational processes within the Company, provide optimization and automation of solutions for more effective business processes;
• Model and visualize the business processes via schemas of relations between different Company’s teams.

Person we are looking for:

YOU need to:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in Economics, Business, Management, Computer Science, Cybernetics or a related discipline;
• English language (advanced level);
• 1+ years of experience working in Analysis field, Project Manager or similar functional fields;
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
• MS Office (proficient level).

Will be plus:

• Experience in logistics data analysis;
• Experience in requirements documents creation;
• Experience in one or more of the following systems: SAP ERP or Transport Management Systems;
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Support Desk);
• Knowledge of SDLC, agile development processes;
• Knowledge of business processes modelling (e.g.BPMN);
• Any other foreign language proficiency.
