Management Reporting Lead

We are looking for a Management Reporting Lead having as the main role delivering financial management reports to the senior leadership team, ensuring these meet their needs and are produced in an efficient manner.

This is a leading role in which you'll act as an owner of the management reporting standards and will be responsible for developing and transforming the management reporting offering at the N-iX over the coming years.

Position requirements:

• Owner of the Management Accounting Policy
• Maintaining and improvement of the Management Accounting Infrastructure
• Coordinate calculation of performance accruals and other periodic accruals
• Lead the data validation and controlling activities in the month-end close process
• Provide Finance Business Partnership team with information that can have an impact on future management decisions
• Lead and support projects/initiatives to improve and optimize processes

Summary of Qualification:

• At least 5 years of experience in auditing, accounting or financial analysis/reporting roles
• Strong knowledge in accounting and financial compliance and reporting standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Sheets. Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
• Ability to critically appraise processes and reports and identify improvements
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Line management experience of at least a small team
• English: C1 Advanced
