Our partner French pharmaceutical company Servier is seeking for Personal assistant to join the team
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the work schedule of the General Manager, prioritizing appointments, maintaining an events calendar, sending reminders;
- Arranging meetings, events attendance, timely reminders, follow-ups;
- Communicating with Head Office, Head of departments and other internal and external partners;
- Translating documents, meetings and oral conversations when necessary from/into English;
- Preparing presentations for General Manager;
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
- Arranging all travel accommodation (air-/railway tickets, hotel reservation);
- Responding requests of the General Manager.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree;
- Fluency in English (French is a plus);
- Work experience as a personal assistant from 1 year;
- Good PC skills;
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with proactive, solution-oriented approach;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Attentiveness to details, diligent attitude to work;
- Ability to interact successfully with people of all levels internally and externally;
- Excellent planning, organization and project management skills,
