Our partner French pharmaceutical company Servier is seeking for Personal assistant to join the team

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing the work schedule of the General Manager, prioritizing appointments, maintaining an events calendar, sending reminders;
  • Arranging meetings, events attendance, timely reminders, follow-ups;
  • Communicating with Head Office, Head of departments and other internal and external partners;
  • Translating documents, meetings and oral conversations when necessary from/into English;
  • Preparing presentations for General Manager;
  • Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Arranging all travel accommodation (air-/railway tickets, hotel reservation);
  • Responding requests of the General Manager.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree;
  • Fluency in English (French is a plus);
  • Work experience as a personal assistant from 1 year;
  • Good PC skills;
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment with proactive, solution-oriented approach;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Attentiveness to details, diligent attitude to work;
  • Ability to interact successfully with people of all levels internally and externally;
  • Excellent planning, organization and project management skills,
