Publisher Account Manager

Job Description:

Bitmedia Labs is looking for a highly communicative person to join the publisher expansion team. As a Publisher Account Manager, you’ll work closely with the product team and our publisher partners to ensure their success with Bitmedia.  You will thrive in this role if you love communicating and developing strong relationships with clients, helping them solve problems, and generating positive results. 

Key responsibilities:

• Independently build a large pipeline of leads, pursue them and close deals;

• Expanding existing database of partners;

• Organizing, labeling, and managing CRM system;

• Daily mailing routine - contacting newly registered or potential partners;

• Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts;

• Interact with our project implementation team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful implementation of our widgets and technology;

• Analyzing the quality of newly registered or potential publishers;

• Controlling company partners satisfaction level.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail with the ability to multi-task;

• Ability to provide world-class client service;

• Strong analytical skills and excel/google sheets skills;

• Experience with AdTech and understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem is a plus;

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills;

• Outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills including experience analyzing data sets across/between multiple data platforms;

• A sense of humor is a plus.
