Administrative Assistant - activities include:?

  • Respond to emails? 
  • Schedule meetings?
  •  Manage a contact list?
  •  Keep online records organized? 
  • Perform market research and can search for information online? 
  • Create presentations, as assigned?
  •  Manage emails and responding to inquiries and escalating potential customers.

Requirements? 

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken?
  • Proven experience as a Admin Assistant or relevant role?
  • Familiarity with current technologies, like google docs and slack?
  • Experience with word software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)? 
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)? 
  • Communication skills
  • email and instant messaging?
  • Solid organizational skills
