YOU ARE

• A specialist with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or Finance (preferably)
• Having experience in Administrative & Operational position – not obligatory but it will be an advantage
• Oriented toward structure and order in the systems and documents, attentive to the details
• Focused on building long-term relationships with stakeholders
• A supportive person who loves working with people and can answer all employees’ questions
• Capable to manage multiple projects and tasks
• Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate English level of speaking and writing

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• HR Marketing team to support setting up innovative approaches toward branded items
• Finding top vendors to support in implementing all extraordinary ideas for branded items production
• Supporting SoftServe employees regarding gift receiving, resolving unexpected issues, and making great employees’ experience
• Dealing with deliveries providers business cabinets to ensure on-time delivery
• Managing the gifts stocks including the audit and the control of items quantity
