CRM Manager

GROUPE SEB Ukraine - international company with operations in almost 150 countries, the world leader in Small Household Equipment (Tefal, Moulinex, Rowenta, Krups and many others) is looking for a Candidate on CRM Manager.

Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work with CRM system (ABM Loyalty);
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns for SMS, Email etc;
• Make audience group segmentation;
• Improve campaigns in order to bring maximum value for customers and the business;
• Launching regular campaigns aimed at increasing client’s LTV;
• Creating and implementing calendar of activities and communications.

Main requirements:

• University degree;
• At least 2 years experience in CRM marketing;
• Experience in creating a communication strategy and executing promotions/campaigns;
• Knowledge of analytical tools, such as Google Analytics;
• Experience conducting projects in the eCommerce;
• Intermediate English is a must;
• Advanced MS Office User.
