Requirements:
- experience in a similar position in the field of sales / business development from 1 year;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- experience in outsourcing / outstaffing IT business or similar B2B;
- at least spoken and written English at the Upper-Intermediate level is required;
- ability to work in multitasking conditions.

What will you do?
- understand the needs and goals of potential customers;
- establish and maintain strong relationships with customers;
- monitor and evaluate the competitive environment;
- search for our potential new customers on various platforms;
- search, review the skills of potential clients and make appointment of meetings for business development representatives
- build positive, trusting and professional long-term relationships with potential and customers
- assistance in writing business proposals and developing sales opportunities;
- manage the team and build the structure and processes of the sales department.
