REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree
• Fluent Ukrainian, Russian and Spanish languages
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good e-mail correspondence and phone etiquette
• Stress resistance, ability to handle a large number of requests
• Strong problem solving and research skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to work in a team

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Incident recording, classification, initial diagnosis
• Resolution or escalation of requests to responsible parties (SalesWorks System)
• Monitoring status and progress resolution of all open incidents
• Creating authorization keys
• Keeping users informed about the progress
• Participation in other project tasks (collecting information about the projects, preparing documentation, writing instructions, template responses, etc.)

WILL BE PREFERABLE

• Working knowledge of the software development process
• Knowledge request monitoring systems
• Familiarity with FMCG market
• Previous working experience in Customer Support field
