Pre-Sales Engineer (Spanish and English speaking)

Job responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Sales team to provide support to prospects and partners via email, web conferencing, and the phone
• Conducting technical presentations and demonstrations of the products to prospects and partners
• Identifying and analyzing business and technical requirements for future customers
• Designing the hardware architecture for potential customers
• Composing project-related documentation
• Collaborating with other teams

Required:

• Fluent Spanish and advanced English level (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively via both phone and e-mail
• Understanding and basic knowledge of storage, networking, and virtualization technologies
• Experience with administrating/maintaining Windows or Linux based environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, and innovative thinking (masters degree in googling)
• Confident communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience in developing technical requirements, solution architectures
• Experience in working with storage and backup infrastructures
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V
• Experience with analyzing business benefits and defining value propositions
