MEP Revit BIM  Modeler

Project group is seeking a MEP Revit BIM Modeller for an American project.  This position can work full-time remotely from any city.

The ideal candidate will create and maintain VDC, BIM and/or 3D models for project specific requirements.

Position requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Reviews mark ups and redlines project drawings
• Maintains a thorough understanding of project workload and rebalances work as needed
• Oversees the process of project drawing creating through all phases, schematic design, design development, construction documents, submittals, from beginning to end and as needed per project
• Produces accurate 2D drawings, 3D modeling initiatives and projects
• Reviews project files for compliance with standards
• Coordinates modeling/drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines
• Intermediate level experience working with Revit (Navisworks is a plus)
• Understanding of the VDC/CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience within building services environment
• Keywords: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Piping, Revit, PCS (Plant Control Systems)
