• Excellent written English (Intermediate or higher);

• Experience in managing freelancing platform accounts (UpWork etc.);
• Tech and a general understanding of IT subject field;
• Experience in direct communication with foreign clients;

Responsibility
• Generate qualified leads from different platforms;
• Conduct research on LinkedIn (30 contacts per day);
• Run both warm and cold leads by elaborating job invitations and submitting proposals for potential jobs;
• Work through & upgrade company sales pipeline along with the Sales Team;
• Run initial negotiations with prospects, identifying clients’ needs while providing clients with excellent communication;
• Collect statistical data and contacts for sales team expertise improvement and future endeavors.
