Inventory Manager (remotely)

Responsibilities

• design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures

• manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments, and stock levels

• document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory

• prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments

• evaluate new inventory to ensure it’s ready for shipment

• perform daily analysis to predict potential inventory problems

• order new supplies to avoid inefficiencies or excessive surplus

• analyze different suppliers to obtain the best cost-effective deals

Goals for this position:

• document inventory processes for Wattum company

• create supplier quality index

• fully document all inventory at each facility

• examine the levels of inventory supplies and define the average inventory we should have at each facility

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE required

• more than 3 years of previous experience in managing inventory and inventory systems

• solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques

• experience in managing an inventory system for goods receipt, stock accuracy, and control

• at least Upper-Intermediate english level
