The Remote Support Team in SoftServe forms the front line of assistance for remote employees encountering problems or defects with hardware and programs
The Remote Support Engineer usually works with the majority of desktop-related aspects like laptops, PCs, printers, and related peripherals to support the organization. The support professionals ensure database capturing asset-linked details are accurate and up-to-date, mainly for patch management and catalog reporting purposes.

YOU ARE
- A holder of Bachelor or Master's degree in tech area
- In love with computers
- A client-oriented person
- Strong in Windows OS desktop configuration and deployment
- Confident in MacOS/Linux (desirable)
- Experienced with MS Office package
- Familiar with TCP/IP protocol suite
- Demonstrating Pre-Intermediate+ English level (desirable)
YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- Updating corporate knowledge base (that provides users with self-service) with the latest changes in software and corporate policies
- Tracking tickets to closure or raising them to L3 engineer in case if it requires additional advisory, cooperating with other IT directions
- Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting the roots of problems, and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperating with other directions to accomplish requests effectively and efficiently (if required)
- Installation and configuration of workstation software as a part of the hiring procedure or by individual user's request
- Supporting of network and domain user accounts and mailboxes: serving as an escalation point for all related issues and providing advisory and issue-resolving services
