Executive Assistant  

We are looking for a highly motivated person, who is result oriented and hands on in the task. 

As an executive assistant you will be at the heart of the business and organisation. Working alongside the CEO, you will prove invaluable in helping support with the day-to-day running of the business with administrative new skills such as marketing, HR & workflow designing. 

The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects

There’s big scope and you may also have the chance to run the business.


Skills & Abilities:

  • Fluent English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners and donors.

  • Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

  • Strong logic and analytical skills

  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner

  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion

  • Experience in project management. 

  • Ability to work in sufficient way

  • Knowledge in IT industry

  • Ability to find alternative ways to solve problems/ tasks

Responsibilities:

Executive Support

Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks; 

composing and preparing correspondence;

itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings.

Communicates with the general staff on the CEO’s behalf and coordinates logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. 

Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the Management Team. (See Management Support.)

Drafts reports, letters of solicitation, proposals; 

Prepares and coordinates oral and written communication with donors and prospects.

Supports CEO in his external commitments related to the business, including head hunting other management members.

HR Support

Administratively supports HR director (recruiting support, documents formatting, surveys set up and other administrative tasks), drafts emails and other correspondence as directed.

Management Liaison

Participates as an adjunct member of the SLT including assisting in scheduling, attending meetings. Represents the President in designated meetings as required.

Assists in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepares an account of the meetings and designates and follows up on assigned action items.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Performs other duties as assigned.
