IT Support Specialist (Системний адміністратор)

Trans-Pro Logistics is a 3PL (Third Party Logistics) company based in Canada with over 30 years on the North American market. We provide long-distance transportation services (ground, air & ocean) to North America manufacturing companies that have shipments to move and we’re looking for a driven IT Support Specialist in the field of systems administration and user support to join our IT team. You will support maintenance of the office network and services infrastructure, provide support for team members, solve and prevent potential technical issues, maintain inventory and assets and work with the rest of our IT team to ensure all technical standards, compliance and regulations are consistently met.

Duties: 

• Installing and configuring hardware and software components;
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues;
• Repairing or replacing damaged hardware;
• Upgrading systems to enable software compatibility;
• Installing and upgrading anti-virus software and security systems to ensure network security;
• Performing tests and evaluations on software and hardware;
• Offering information and support to users;
• Maintaining relationships with different employees and departments  ; 
• Salesforce can be an advantage.

Requirements:

• MS or BS in Information Technology or a related discipline;
• 1+ year of experience working in IT-related fields;
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate (B2);
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities;

Working conditions:

• Evening Shift from 15:00 to 00:00 local time.
