Manager of Access Network Implementation and Operation Team

Ensure timely construction and quality operations of base stations and transport network.

Functional Responsibilities

1. Control and achievement of regional mobile network KPIs
2. Coordination and control of regional contractor companies, including control of contract conditions fulfilment
3. Control and achievement of mobile network uninterruptable performance
4. Control of quality of periodical maintenance works on existing network and its nodes 
5. Creation and preparation of timely and correct reporting on radio network and transmission network operational activity, implementation and maintenance
6. Coordination and control of mobile network rollout and acceptance processes in the region (including all transmission and radio network nodes) 
7. Accounting of material resources in the region
8. Planning, control and timely execution of works related with requests from internal clients and company targets
9. Planning and control of regional budget utilization
10. Check-out of acts of performed works within responsibility
11. New Trials & Technologies testing and implementation
12. Coordination of civil works technical supervision
13. Ensure stable power supply of sites stability within the region
14. Representation of Company legitimate rights and interests with counterparties, related to Mobile Network activity, based on issued power of attorney
15. Team management and development

Minimum requirements

1. Education

Level -Higher 

Area: Telecommunications / Management

Working experience:

8+ years 

Other requirements

English – advanced level

PC Skills: Advanced PC user. Knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)

Driving license-Category “B”

Specific knowledge/ experience  areas

• Knowledge of GSM/UMTS networks construction basics
• Special technical knowledge
• 10+ persons team management experience
• Project management experience
