WITH US YOU WILL:

• You will lead manufacturing cost optimization and financial planning for a major P&G production site
• You will be responsible as Finance Leader for the site day-to-day financial analysis, fixed asset management, accounting and the overall site governance & stewardship.
• You will lead the definition of long-term strategic priorities, framing the key strategic choices to accelerate value creation
• You will work with big data sets to spot patterns and build impactful insights to craft P&G business strategies.
• You will have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment.

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

• Proven leadership credentials, translating in the ability to influence the course of business, empowering key partners and working independently with limited supervision
• Validated ability to make business recommendation based on analytics and insights, going beyond numerical metrics and making connections between industry value creation and business strategy.
• Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance would be very desirable for this role.
• Previously worked with big sets of data and the ability to present the data efficiently to support business decisions.
• A broad understanding of accounting systems and processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across locations
• Key attributes are strong sense of urgency, multi-tasker, strong problem-solving skills.
• You will need to set priorities and follow through on commitments, work effectively with diverse groups of people and be able to demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
