We’re looking at Recruiter.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of English (not lower than Intermediate level);
• Work experience at least 1 year;
• Knowledge of recruitment, adaptation, training and assessment practices/processes;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (confident user);
• Attention to detail, focus on the internal client — HR function, sociability, team-work, flexibility.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in recruitment and selection of personnel, adaptation of newly hired employees;
• Employer brand development in the labor market;
• Organization of the annual assessment process;
• Organization of the training activities, administration of the LKQYOU e-learning platform;
• Development of corporate culture: organization of events, internal communication.
