Customer Support Manager (product booking company)

SimplyBook.me is one of the top-performing and most popular booking systems in the world today. We are looking for a Customer Support Manager in Lviv for remote/office work.

Requirements:

— 0,5+ years of experience in customer support is a must (account management, logistics, and other options that require direct communication with clients will be okay as well)

— You live in Lviv, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lutsk or in these regions.

— At least Upper-intermediate written English

— Excellent communication skills

— Understanding of basic ethics of communication with clients


Approximate work shifts:

- on probation — only day-evening shifts


- 3 weeks from 17:00 till 00:00 — 7 hours, then 1 week of night shifts — from 20:00 till 03:00 — 7 hours


Will be a plus:

— Technical mindset, knowledge of basic HTML or/and CSS

— Any other languages, especially French (oh-la-la!) and German (Ja, Ja, Naturlich!)

Responsibilities:

— Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via email or chat (without calls)

— Identify the needs of the customer and assist them if requested, be able to provide analysis reports and report product malfunctions

— Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members

— Inform customers about new features and functionalities of the product

— If deemed necessary, follow up with customers in order to ensure their needs are met and technical issues are resolved
