Our client - IT company that is a leader in the development of semiconductor chips is looking for a Sales Manager team.
The position of Sales Manager will be managing individual contributor sales representatives, as well as distributors, Manufacturer’s representatives and may carry a sales quota.
Responsibilities:
- Develops strategy, with clear objectives for implementing and monitoring business goals, operating plans and budgets for top line sales, profits, and long-term sales
- Create and establish weekly meetings to update the team on important information and goals
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and management direction to assigned territories and staff members
- Communicate ongoing success and obstacles/road blocks to the executive team with updates on a weekly / quarterly basis
Qualifications & Requirements:
- English (intermediate to upper)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MS Outlook, Excel, Power Point skills a must
- CRM and/or ERP system experience
- 5+ years managing a sales team (2+ years industry experience a bonus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
