IT Manager

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years proven working experience as Sys Admin with 3+ years’ experience as manager in international firm
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis of computer hardware/software systems
• Expertise in data centers or cloud management and data governance
• Deep knowledge and experience with networking and Microsoft solutions
• Experience & solid understanding of cloud architect, platforms, and tools.
• Creative mindset, problem solver, service oriented and self-learning skills.
• Ability to manage IT staff

Responsibilities:

• Manage information technology and computer systems
• Definition, scoping, creation and execution of IT and data strategies enhancing the availability and services
• Manage local IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and evaluate their performance
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
• Audit systems and assess their outcomes
• Working and communicate with stakeholders to ensure service satisfaction and to meet expectation goals
