Customer Support Specialist for Ciklum Digital

On behalf of Ciklum Digital, Ciklum is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Our Support Center’s goal is to provide customers with top-class assistance. We are looking for service-oriented specialists with good command of English language and communication. 

As a part of Ciklum, you will be providing a service on behalf of one of our customers. Our client disputes chargebacks on behalf of various online trading platforms with payment providers.

Responsibilities:

• Create evidence documents of illegitimate chargebacks using a template
• Format the evidence document for payment provider
• You will review the evidence document for any format or syntax mistakes and escalate it to the next tier of support
• Help develop and implement web based support initiatives including knowledge bases, technical and modeling techniques and documentation
• Be responsible for the quality of service and performance
• Provide regular and accurate reporting on a daily basis

Requirements:

• Good command of English, both written and speaking skills are required
• Service oriented with desire to help people
• Detail oriented, reliable
• Capable of completing repetitive tasks and remaining focused
• Responsible, initiative, multitasking, self-organized, eager to learn
• Able to plan your own time
• Shift work (Monday - Friday, 9 - 18 UA time) 
• Basic Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Experience on similar (Data Analyst) position will be a plus

Desirable:

• Experience on Analyst position
• Commercial experience with MS Excel
• Basic understanding of the chargebacks
