Staffing administrator

Project Overview:

The Workforce Management department is looking for Staffing Partner Assistant to help with day-to-day operations management. You would be a part of one of the core teams at Intellias, that drives the staffing process, helps with pre-sales, and manages internal talents to ensure constant business growth. We are looking for a reliable teammate, that would appreciate working in a friendly, cross-functional team, which believes that strong dedication to a common goal will result in amazing achievements. 

Responsibilities:

• Assistance with the main activities within the WFM department;
• Creating Dashboards and reports;
• Preparing staffing plans for the ramp-ups;
• Processing requests from staffing partners, sales, delivery departments;
• Preparing lists of internal employees and their profiles;
• Working with skill database;
• Assistance in rotation and reserve operations activities.

Requirements:

• Understanding of business processes used in an IT company;
• High level of self-organization and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision;
• Outstanding communication skills;
• Multitasking;
• Being a proactive and result-oriented person;
• Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English.

Nice to have:

• Experience within IT industry would be a plus.

Higher Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
