Group Collection Manager

 International Fintech company

You are: 

• University degree preferably in Business, Economics, Finance; 
• Proactive, excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational skills, analytical and numerical skills; 
• 5+ years of professional experience in Collection (FinTech collection sector is a plus);
• Experience in team management; 
• Possess a strong understanding of lending business; 
• Strong goal-oriented and leadership potential; 
• Self-motivated and can adapt to a fast moving and dynamic environment
• Analytic problem solving. Strategic smarts. Collaborative work style; 
• Languages: English - full proffecional capacity; 

You will:  

• Be communicating with Collection teams of Business units across the world in order to achieve Collection targets; 
• Keep updated Collection processes as well as keep it in comply with local regulation; 
• Identify new opportunities to improve operations; 
• Manage the staff: trainings, motivations, control; 
• Daily manage, monitor and control key business metrics;
• Participate in strategy creation and be responsible for implementation;
