CRH Ukraine announces the search of PR & CSR Specialist

Who will be responcible for:

• Development and management of PR campaigns;
• Cooperation with media: choice of appropriate media, building relationships, writing articles, preparation of visual content, preparation of information on media requests;
• Media monitoring;
• Cooperation with business associations;
• Management of corporate social media: preparation of content plans, development of content – writing of publications, creation of technical task for visuals and video, and management of production, comments, and personal messages processing;
• Analysis of SMM efficiency;
• Development of corporate SCR strategy and leading of its implementation;
• Analysis of non-financial risks and the development of measures to prevent them;
• Preparation of social reporting on the company's activities and corporate reporting;
• Initiating and management of CSR projects both for internal and external;
• Development of communications materials and publications related to CSR;
• Website management: timely update of information, preparation of content, and administration;
• Development of corporate presents: ideation, the search of contractors, and management of production;
• Organization of corporate events.

Education and previous experience:

• Higher education;
• Experience in PR;
• Experience in events management;
• Experience in SMM;
• Experience in the development of printed materials and preparation of technical tasks for design and video content;
• Experience with primary documentation and contracts.

Skills and competencies:

• Strong copywriting skills;
• Skills to work with negative comments in social media;
• Knowledge of advertising and media legislation;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian at a high level;
• Knowledge of Russian at a high level;
• Knowledge of English at Advanced level;
• Strong user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT);
