We are currently looking for a Lead Generation Hero
to join our sales department.
Necessary skills:
- You should be a smart, active, and self-driven person to become a part of our team and push the limits in the IT field;
- Perseverance and creativity to do the repetitive work, with love & patience;
- Ability to be highly focused on both the process of searching and the best sales practices;
- «God is in detail!» — High attention to details is mandatory;
- Upper-intermediate level of English (writing skills at least) is a must;
- Relevant experience (in sales, marketing, customer support activities, etc.).
It will be a plus:
- Previous lead generation experience for sales campaigns via various channels (Social Networks, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Experience with Upwork or similar platforms.

Responsibilities:
- You will be trained and guided by our Sales development team, and provided with all necessary support;
- Daily surfing Upwork feed in search of leads and potential clients;
- Creating selling proposals and customized messages;
- Managing clients: working with the needs and requests, managing objections, preparing follow-ups;
- Updating and maintaining company database of qualified leads and managing lead tracking;
- Identifying new prospects and sales opportunities.
