The Complex is a full-stack design and development team that builds complex mobile applications, progressive web applications, and e-commerce websites. Our team is actively expanding and now we are searching for a junior lead Generation manager / Data Research specialist. We need someone with a solid background in the IT industry.
IMPORTANT: We provide full training in internships.
English level: upper-intermediate.

What you'll need to do:
- prospect identification within social media such as LinkedIn;
- prospect identification using an online database;
- active search and attraction of potential clients;
- initial contact with potential clients on social networks (such as LinkedIn), via email, and formal letters and follow-ups;
- generation of new sales leads;
- filling and updating data in a CRM system;
What is important to us:
- experience with: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Crunchbase, Angel.co, Snov.io, upWork
- excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- high self-motivation, self-discipline, attentiveness, orientation to the result without loss of quality;
- deep analytical skills;
- you are a team player: you can be introverted, but you have no problem communicating with other team members and discussing your needs, ideas, and problems.
