Sales Support Administrator

We are looking for a highly organized person who can wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most important tasks on his or her list. You will be responsible for providing support to numerous individuals.

This role provides vital support to the sales team. It involves handling important administrative tasks, such as order processing, customer set up, market research and will also act as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.

Prior administrative experience will be enormously helpful in ensuring your success in this position.

Required Skills

• Confident written and spoken English. Upper-intermediate.
• Ability to self-organize multiple tasks
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word), Google docs

Will be a plus

• Experience updating and proceeding reports
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to work with data and CRM systems

Key Responsibilities

• Support the customer-facing Sales Team, including Business Development and Account Management
•  Updating data according to their receipt
• Liaise with the internal finance team to ensure customers are invoiced correctly and on time
• Handling administration within the Sales department including the research of existing and potential customers and loading information into CRM and RocketRoute systems 
• Handle inquiries from Business Development and Account Managers
• Liaising with in-house development teams to commence and progress customer-generated requirements
• Support sales team with inside sales
