Futurra Group is a fast-growing Ukrainian IT company. We successfully develop and promote our own products: cross-platform mobile-first products, applications, and casual games for iOS and Android, Smart Home products with 10+ million unique users every month.
Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with users in an online chat system, providing users with the complete and correct information or solutions
- Learn to work in Zendesk online customer service system
- Learn to create/update users’ subscriptions in the Admin Panel
- In case users meet issues, avoid refunds, providing efficient solutions
- Report on users issues in time to the Head of Customer Support
- Test the App updates to obtain the user’s experience and understand the product
Working hours:
- One shift is 8 hours
- Currently, 2 types of shifts are available:
1) 09.00-17.00 (Beijing time) - 4 shifts per week
2) 17.00-01.00 (Beijing time) - 3 shifts per week, 09.00-17.00 (Beijing time) - 1 shift per week
Nice to have:
- Good communication skills
- Have fluent Mandarin Chinese (mothertongue or at least HSK5 (for foreigners)
- Intermediate English level
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
