Sales and marketing assistant

AboutHR is an IT recruiting agency assisting clients worldwide to establish operations in Ukraine and Poland or to hire developers for remote cooperation. We have been on the market since 2012.

Our sales and marketing team consists is looking for an assistant.

What needs to be done:

• assisting in processing incoming clients' requests;
• researching in linkedin.com for companies which can be potential clients/partners of the agency;
• arranging online meetings with the agency CEO;
• maintaining CRM;
• assisting with marketing tasks — cooperation with marketing agency, writers, translators etc.
• other related tasks, when required.

What do we expect from you:

• good English — 90% of the work will preview written communication with representatives of companies abroad + participation in meeting with foreigners is among the key duties;
• advanced communication skills or at least understanding of what the key factors of successful communication is; prior experience in clients service/communication would be extremely useful;
• a willingness to grow in the area of marketing and sales;
• bachelor degree in marketing or related area would be a great asset;
• at least 1 years of experience in client service/sales/communication;
• being a confident software technologies user.
