We are currently looking for DRA & PV assistant for Animal health department (part-time job)

Position overview

Support in preparation administrative documentation for Marketing Authorization maintenance of veterinarian products. Assistance in tracking of activities within the registration/renewal or variation process.

 Key responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance of documents archive according to the local and regional/global SOPs/guidelines.
• Support with administrative documents preparation for registration/renewal or variation submission.
• Tracking the product maintenance in appropriate database upon request.
• Tracking contracts/payments, coordination delivery of samples for registration purpose. 

 Required qualification & background:

Students or recent graduates.

 Required knowledge & skills:

• English upper-intermediate level (fluent in writing and verbal)
• Computer literacy (MS Office). 
• Strong attention to detail.
