Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for e-Learning Translation Project Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Project management/coordination activities in planned/ad-hoc translation requests.
• Administration of tasks in design and project management tools.
• Analyses and resolution of translation related queries, trouble-shoot issues such as workflow errors, user credentials etc. during translation process.
• Collaboration with the external agencies on execution of translation requests.
• Cooperation with Nestle Corporate Functions Stakeholders on projects status update.
• Creation and facilitation of presentations, preparation of data charts for project team.
• Promotion and support continuous improvement mindset. Participate and contribute to Team meetings.

Required Profile:

• English (upper-intermediate written and verbal).
• Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (MS Excel, MS Power Point); knowledge of applications XTM, Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Adobe after effects will be preferable.
• Ability to connect different informational sources in order to extract relevant information and data.
• Project management experience with coordination of activities is a benefit.
• Ability to deal with stress situations and short deadlines, manage priorities.
• Quick learner; fast adapter and attentive to details.
• Bachelor’s Degree in applied linguistics, International relations, Communication or related areas would be a benefit.
