Client Relations Manager

Our company - newly established international school in Kyiv — is looking for Client Relations Manager (Admissions) for its new clients office.

Main responsibilities will be:

• consulting potential clients about school, application process and admissions
• responding to incoming requests, leading presentations and get-to-know meetings
• organizing and filing of recruitment documentation
• assessing applications according to eligibility criteria
• processing student registration, documentation and payments

We expect, that successful candidate

• has at least 2 years of relevant experience in clients management
• knows how to deliver premium products and/or services for kids
• uses English and Ukrainian for working purpose fluently, able to deliver presentations in English
• is organized, confident and flexible communicator, efficient office software user
• is alumni of international exchange programs (preferably)

Please note, that position does not involve active sales, mainly incoming requests management and admissions
