REQUIREMENTS TO CANDIDATE

• 3+ years of experience working in HR Management;
• Understanding of IT outsourcing market;
•  Previous experience in professional growth matrixes development;
• English B1-B2 (spoken and written);
•  Excellent organizational and communication skills;

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating actions of tech leads while developing matrixes of competencies of the company's employees.
• Organization of qualification tests for internal employees.
• Teamwork with another HR manager.
