Customer Service Manager (remote work, weekends only)

What We're Looking For:

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle complicated situations.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accept and process phone calls and work orders in our software system.
2. Engage in effective communication and problem resolution with customers, including handling payments over the phone.
3. Coordinate drivers and manage logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
4. Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Report completed work and optimize information in the software system.

Working Hours:

• Saturday to Sunday: 23:00 - 7:00 (Remote)
