What We're Looking For:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to handle complicated situations.
- Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accept and process phone calls and work orders in our software system.
- Engage in effective communication and problem resolution with customers, including handling payments over the phone.
- Coordinate drivers and manage logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Report completed work and optimize information in the software system.
Working Hours:
- Saturday to Sunday: 23:00 - 7:00 (Remote)
