Customer support manager
The American e-commerce company, which provides services for online entrepreneurs, is looking for a support manager to join our fast-growing and dynamic company. You will be assisting with opening companies, developing business strategies, opening e-commerce accounts and conducting online transactions. The company has an open vacancy Support Manager.
Requirements:
Fluent English level (both verbal and written)
Expert in Microsoft Office programs
High level of responsibility and detail-oriented
Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
Experience in working with CRM (preferably)
Customer Service Orientation
You must have experience of a customer support specialist from 1 year
We offer:
5-day work week (from 15:30 to 00:00) - full-time position (Taxi home paid)
