JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

Our client is a UK Fiduciary firm being the result of different mergers and acquisitions since 1998 with offices based in London, Ashford and Kyiv. The Kyiv office is a mix and match of young and creative professionals being entrusted with the majority of the portfolio’s management. They provide accounting, financial and operational support to international clients. All clients' requests are centralized there and the management encourages everyone to think outside of the box in order to achieve high standards.

The client is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst. The role is based in Kiev. You will report directly to the Board of the Group.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

The company has a ‘two eyes’ policy with Finance. You role is to analyse all bank statements with two separate main objectives: 

- To produce a Profits & Loss statement that you will present and explain every month to the Board.

- To identify discrepancies in transaction or missing account documents and report it to the Board. 

YOU ARE: 

• GOOD WITH NUMBERS. We’re not looking for an accountant, we’re looking for someone who can make sense at complex financial transactions. 

• Initiative: you suggest ideas, create roadmaps, bring clarity to the board

• Flexible, adaptable to complex international transactions, and driven by the dynamic environment

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and capable of using it to execute key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques.

• Have basic knowledge of international accounting software, or the confidence to learn them quickly (CLEARBOOKS).

• Speaking English at Upper-Intermediate level (or higher)

-IMMEDIATE START-

Salary negotiable between €600 and €850/m depending on experience.

Full-time: from 11:00 to 20:00 local time.

Location: Kiev, Solomensky district (office will relocate to the Golden Gate in a few months).

Good command of English is required, French is an advantage.
