Tax and accounting advisor

Otten Consulting is a well-established consulting company being on the market already for 12 years. Provided services are in fields of tax consulting, internal audit, due diligence, accounting outsourcing and recruiting to foreign companies which run their business in Ukraine. 

We closely cooperate with different international organizations on issues of amendment of current tax legislation to make Ukraine more attractive for foreign investors.

Due to the development of our activities, we are currently looking for a Tax and accounting advisor.

Key responsibilities:

• Consulting clients on accounting and tax issues;
• Consulting internal staff on application of accounting standards and taxation; 
• Conducting internal audits related to financial and tax accounting as well on special requests of the Company’s Clients;
• Monitoring changes in legislation related to accounting and taxation;
• Participation in projects related to accounting, consulting and audits. 

Profile:

• Master Degree in Accounting or related financial discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief accountant/Deputy Chief Accountant/Senior Accountant/Auditor/Internal auditor;
• Working experience in international companies, consulting or audit companies would be a plus;
• Profound knowledge of accounting, tax legislation, labor low, IFRS and currency regulations;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks accurately, efficiently and under tight deadlines;
• Knowledge of accounting programs (1С 8.3, BAS КУП), computer skills (Excel, Word...);
• Proactive, responsible person with empathy, strong communicating skills and critical thinking, aiming for a self-development.
