Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process in the US and internationally (Eastern Europe, Latin America, Asia, etc.).
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Conduct daily Zoom interviews, and provide the recordings to the managers of different departments for review.
- Work independently and collaboratively on multiple positions at a time, report the status of each opening and quickly show results.
- Report the status of all openings, recruiting efforts, and deliver and analyze new hire metrics.
- Continually source and screen candidates for multiple positions at the same time.
- Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Assist with job posting and advertising processes.
- Screen applications and select qualified candidates.
- Schedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
- Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with the management.
- Collaborate with other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- C1/C2 level of English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Widely developed professional network (in LinkedIn and in general).
- Proven track record in recruiting with a proven ability to produce consistent results by delivering high-quality candidates.
- Deep knowledge and expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles internationally.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- General understanding of the IT job market in other countries.
- Proficient with applicant-tracking and recruitment systems.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Zoom, LinkedIn.
- General understanding of existing technologies (e.g. backend vs frontend, Java vs JavaScript), IT job roles (e.g. QA vs AQA, Project Manager vs Product Manager).
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
- At least two years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process, preferably in IT.
- Talent Acquisition certification is a plus.
