The role:

• Processes the following: salary calculation and payment for the first and second part of the month, vacation accruals and payments, sick leave payments, life and medical insurances contributions, other payments to employees, new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, deductions, time sheet data, rate changes, and special pays
• Collation and processing of payroll information relating to new hires, leavers, salary changes, address changes, maternity, variable payments including bonuses, life and medical insurances contributions and voluntary deductions etc
• Processes and checks general ledger postings, employee and tax authority payment files
• Working with documentation (orders, staff schedules, etc)
• Researches and produces special reports
• Generates and responds to inquiries regarding payments and maintains records, ledgers and files
• Prepares statistical and tax reports on employee fixed and variable pay; taxes, withholdings, etc.

What we are looking for:

• Previous 2 years payroll experience in the legal entity with officially registered employees (at least 100 employees)
• Knowledge of state laws regarding payroll, accounting, taxation and reporting
• Strong 1C, MS Office skills: Excel incl. pivot tables, Word incl. mail merges, PowerPoint
• English level — upper intermediate/ advanced
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
