Team leader (Financial Markets)

We are an international finance company Ridem and due to the expansion of the company, we are looking for «Team Leader» in the strongest team. (Conversion)

Requirements:

• Team work experience as a conversion leader or trainer (sales of financial products).
• Team management with a minimum of 8 people;
• Ability to achieve sales targets;
• Ability to work for the result;
• Availability of managerial qualities;
• Work experience in a managerial position from 6 months
• Spoken English
• Leadership skills;

Responsibilities:

• Build a strong and efficient team
• Teaching and motivating the team
• Conducting personal and general trainings
• Developing lessons and sales strategies
