Digital Business Assistant

We are an exciting, New York City-based startup expanding our overseas team here in Ukraine!  The official title for this role is Digital Assistant, meaning you will handle a number of online business tasks for our US and Western Europe-based clients! Requirements:

We are looking for extremely talented and hardworking Digital Assistants with strong fluency in the English language. You: 

- Must be able to think and process information quickly and demonstrate great work effort. 

- Must have or be earning a higher degree and be able to demonstrate the ability to learn quickly. 

- Must be versed in online media (email, social media, etc) and a quick learner! 

- Must be extremely hard-working, dedicated, and organized! 

Duties:  

Be prepared to speak a lot of English and to handle a variety of day-to-day work for senior management. These include: 

- Digital Marketing (social media and other) 

- Communicating with clients through chat (Slack, Telegram, and other) A variety of online work (database building, etc) 

- Schedule management 

- Communicating with senior management 

- Research tasks 

- A variety of other tasks (involving digital media and high-level organization/attention to detail)
